- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.

- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Beautiful vanity, terrible customer service
This vanity is beautiful- solid and sturdy. But two of the drawer slides do not work.They are stuck in place. Have tried to call and message the manufacturer and no one answers the phone or replies to messages. Frustrating!!!

Ariel Cambridge Vanity - Great Product!
This is my second Ariel Cambridge Vanity. I purchased the first one a few years ago for another bathroom in my home. Fantastic quality and great style. The soft close drawers and doors open and close beautifully. I had a very minor issue with my delivery and Customer Service was quick to respond and resolve. I highly recommend this vanity.

Ariel bath vanity
I was looking forward to this vanity to use in a bathroom remodel. I am sure the drawers work well to hold bathroom items and installation would be easy but the product never arrived. I think the color grey would go well but difficult to tell from only a picture.

Great selections and awesome customer service
The vanity selections are numerous. I found exactly what I needed for bathrooms remodel. The vanities arrived on time. One unit had small damaged area. Customer service was awesome and responded very fast. The damage was repairable and they sent me a repair kit. I did the work and they credited me for doing that. I was extremely satisfied with customer service. My questions were always answered within a couple of hours. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Looks exactly like the picture! It has a very polished look! The packaging is great, there was no damage. The packaging added some more height so it did not fit throught the door. You will need to take it out of the packaging before trying to set it up. I would reccomend getting some extra help, it was very heavy. It is a gorgeous, I love everythig about it.

Beautiful Vanity and top
Very quick shipment and delivery. The truck driver was so nice and helpful placing the large pallet on my driveway. The vanity is very well made and the soft close drawers and doors are wonderful. Just to let you know, the sink is not attached to the counter top. You will have to do it yourself. It is pretty easy. I love this vanity.

I own a condo in Florida and Ariel Bath shipped this vanity. It arrived in perfect condition - very well packed. It’s a beautiful cabinet and looks great in our guest bathroom! Nice construction too - as I like to say “my husband loves the dovetails while I love the color and design”

The vanity is above average quality. I had some initial problems but the customer service was very helpful to address the issues. Only con was delivery time plus additional delivery time to address the issues, but in the end, vanity came out great.

Backsplash/sidesplash edges not polished
[Disclaimer: We purchased the 30" vanity kit, which came with a top, sink, and backsplash. That product isn't listed on the site, so I'm leaving comments here.]
On the backsplash included with our kit, only one face came polished (it's the face opposite the one you'd adhere to the wall). The other faces, i.e., the top and exposed side edge, are not polished. This was also the case for the sidesplash, which we purchased separately.
I don't understand why this would be the case. All of the exposed faces of the vanity top are polished.
We had an additional QC problem with the backsplash that came with the cabinet. Customer service resolved that quickly for us, at no charge (thank you!). With respect to the dull faces, though, we have been told that's the way they come and that polishing the dull faces is on us.
Overall, the vanity cabinet, top, and sink are beautiful and we're very happy with them. I'd stiill recommend this product, with the caution folks take the time and expense of polishing the splashes into account in their project planning.
