Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Cambridge Vanity
I am so pleased with our purchase of two Cambridge vanities. They are sturdy in construction with dovetail joints, which I’m sure will be very durable. The drawer slide easily and are full extension. I read other reviews that said they were difficult to pull out, but I haven’t found that to be true. I was concerned about purchasing the vanities directly from the manufacturer that I didn’t know, but our experience has been beyond great. Following a problem with one of the countertops, their customer service was very responsive and Ivy sent us an email within minutes. A replacement was sent in a week. This was a huge relief. No need to by from a big box store, especially if you want excellent service. They don’t even carry solid wood like this. Now to figure out how to get it upstairs. BTW it does come intwo pieces and is packed very well.

More than I expected
I was extremely skeptical of purchasing a vanity online. The vanity is extremely well made. Solid wood. I was concerned because of some damage to the box but customer service assured me that there would be no problem if the vanity was damaged when my contractor opened the box. The vanity was in perfect condition. I absolutely love it.

Happy with my first online purchase this big
I had no issues with the vanity and found it to be just as described. Requires little assembly- the marble top and backsplash were shipped separately, but the vanity was already assembled. It looks great. The first purchase of this large of an item online, but wouldn't hesitate to order from again.

Exactly what I wanted!!
This is exactly what I was looking for!!! It is so beautiful! It took a little longer than expected to get here, but it is definitley worth the wait! It is in perfect shape and came in one piece! The best part is that we did not need to assemble it! Very heavy and such great quality!

Go directly through Ariel!
After a poor experience trying to purchase this vanity through a different retailer, and after reading about another customer's similar experience, at their recommendation we decided to go directly through the Ariel company. The web site was easy to navigate, and the vanity arrived only a few days later. The packaging was perfect, and the delivery driver even offered to help my husband open the box to inspect for damage and return if necessary. The Cambridge vanity came beautifully assembled and very sturdy. The instructions on sink assembly were straightforward and quick to put together. We purchased the white quartz top and backsplash. The surface and edges are smooth, no nicks or scratches from manufacturing, and no stains. The top and backsplash are thick enough to prevent warping and sagging, yet light enough that my husband and I were able to lift and set in place without too much trouble. I will gladly recommend the Cambridge vanity and highly recommend purchasing directly through the Ariel company.

Well-designed and quality constructed
As a coatings professional, the coating or paint finish was good quality and well-applied. Obtaining a quality finish on a large piece is not as easy as it may seem. This product, and the components met my expectations. Atlas provided very good customer service and support.
