They always have so many nice things to say about it! I can even tell that one of my closest friends is really thinking of getting one of these herself! I told her it was an Ariel and what model and how to find it, and even about how stellar the customer service is. I'm very glad that I went with this option over the other brand's model I was looking at online. This Ariel model is soo much more beautiful and I love the steam and the rainfall shower. It is a worthy investment, even worth the extra cost of the professional installation I insisted on having done. Or so sayeth my husband anyway haha

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nolan from Smooth sailing over here My brothers and I installed my Ariel ourselves. Instructions were pretty easy to understand. I would recommend hiring someone to the inexperienced. If you do have some understanding of plumbing and wiring and you have some extra hands around to help you manhandle the glass panels, you'll be on easy street. It looks so gorgeous in our main bath, works so wonderfully and was so easy to install that I am probably going to install another one in our master bath. At this point in my life I am accustomed to tile showers, but these Arial unite are just beautiful. On a final note, I partitioned off the shower/toilet with a paneled oak wall, so I have access to the steam generator and in case I need access to make repairs, such as to the water lines. My dermatologist recommended a steam shower for my home because it helps keeps your skin looking youthful and supple and rosy and it flushes out toxins too. I can see a big difference in my appearance ever since I bgan to use my steam shower each morning and each night. I have even picked up a few more skin modeling gigs since then too. Cleanliness and beauty are paramount in my life right now so i love, absolutely LOVE my steam shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stone from A few pointers about this awesome unit This is a beautiful modern unit. Arrives on a large heavy palette to keep the unit safe while in shipment and was in perfect condition. I just left the heavy crate outside, opened it up and brought the individual pieces in by themselves, which made it possible for me to carry the whole thing inside without help even if a couple of the pieces were kinda heavy. I managed just fine. It look a couple of hours for me to assemble, it was really nice to be able to have it all together and assembled, no waiting for tile grout to set and stuff like that. Once it is in one piece it is possible to move it around like a refrigerator or something so you can assemble it wherever you have the best practical space. Please note that it requires a 240v 50amp GFI circuit. You will lose about six inches on the side for equipment. But overall it's a great steam shower, I've already used it several times and it is seriously ritzy.

We have been using it just as a shower while we wait for a line to be installed to make the steam possible, but I love the rainfall function soooo much that I am very happy with it already. It is so high end! It is like something from a beautiful five star hotel, and I have been dying to get something similar for years. The wood acccents are gorgeous.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hoover from tricky to install It's a bit tricky to install, it did take a couple of days and some struggling to get it finished. It's tricky because you need access from behind and if youput it in a corner its hard to squeeze back there. But it got done and we LOVE it now. It's not a shower, its an experience. A multilevel one. We use it pretty often and we always enjoy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Caldwell from installation was fairly easy, now we love it Very nice! Beautiful glass, lovely wood accents and floor, excellent durable and quality hardware. Arrived early, packaged with care, including corner protectors and cushioning foam insets. Ships in 6 boxes. One of the parts ended up being either missing or lost in shipment. Ariel sent out replacements super quickly, they were very nice on the phone. They were predicting that the part could take up to ten days to reach us, but we had the package inside of a week. Ended up being easy to assemble (had some help from a buddy) including instructions that were actually easy to understand. Please be aware that the glass is actually extremely heavy, I was very thankful for my gym rat buddy that day lol. I guess most people would hire someone to install but I am a DIY kinda guy. It paid off too cause we saved a boatload of money on installation fees by doing it ourselves. But just isn't a one-person install, especially considering how easily the glass could crack or break accidentally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barber from Very beautiful but at 5 foot 3 the jets are too high for me to enjoy properly Its totally watertight, the lighting looks beautiful and I am in love with the showering options. The steam spreads quickly so there's no long wait to get things going, and the wooden floor looks gorgeous. It's much easier to keep clean than I expected. I leave the door open a little bit to help it dry out faster and I just use simple dish soap mixed with water to clean it. The only con I can really think of in the midst of all these pros is the fact that I am a very short person, not much over five feet tall and the jets are set too high for me so I don't really use them all that often (they are adjustable but I think I am just too short for them). My husband loves them though and he uses that feature a lot. One other thing to know is that unless you have some knowledge of plumbing and electrical wiring and general appliance installation, you will not be able to install this without help. We learned that the hard way. This unit looks really beautiful and overall I am very pleased with our purchase.
