Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Awesome jetted tub!
We recently installed the Ariel Bianca jetted tub while remodeling our master bath. It was shipped in a large crate expertly packed arriving with no damage. The unit is totally self contained with faucets and controls in place and it came with water and drain lines attached. My contractor was amazed with the design including the leveling legs so installation was a breeze. It's a fabulous tub that my wife uses almost daily - she absolutely loves it!. The 14 jets are strategically placed to provide a really great experience. The construction also maximizes water heat retention as it does not cool off after using for 30 minutes or so.

Literally could not be any happier
From a technical perspective the installer said it was a breeze to install. From my personal perspective I am really big on baths, I like to soak, listen to some tunes, and read a good book, and this tub really checks all the boxes for me. The jets push just right and it's awesome that you can control the strength. When you're just going with a still soak like I do a lot of the time, it seems like the acrylic material holds the warm temperatures a lot longer than my old tub. I can't say enough good things, really, because I love this tub. I spent tons of time searching for the perfect thing, and I wasn't disappointed.

Beautiful and functional
Gorgeous tub.
After opening the crate we found some minor damages. Our Plumber managed to install since it may not be visible from the front.
We absolutely love the look and functionality of this tub. The adjuable jets are very strong and it feels very comfortable to take a bath in it.
Caution:
To avoid splashing water all over, always pull out the shower handle and face it down into the tub to open the faucet, until you get use to which direction to rotate the center knob. Counter clock/left turn is the hand held shower handle and clockwise turn is the tub filler/drain open-close function.

Amazing
This tub is amazing, all the jets are located in all the right places. Light is cool feature and even though the heater is only suppose to maintain the heat it actually raised it a few degrees. The only fault I can find is I wish the pillow would quit falling off and it leaves black marks on tub. If someone was to come steal this tub from me I would buy exact same one again, that’s how much I love it. This company really makes a quality product and I’ve told all my friends and family about it.
