Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Ariel Vanity Sidesplash
Fits perfect. Was in need of a sidesplash for my bathroom vanity. I called and spoke to customer service and explained what I needed. The woman I spoke to did everything she could to help me. Great 30" vanity
Beautiful Vanity. Came a couple days late due to winter weather. Still all good, well packaged and no dents or bumps. Loved the quartz backsplash and side splash. I like the look of the wood and how the back is fully open to easily connect the plumbing. I had a question about the sidesplash and customer service bent over backwards to answer my question. I had been all over the Lowes and Home Depot sites, but this won me over!

The Ariel vanity with quartz countertop was a tremendous improvement to our bathroom. The side splash add on is a critical piece to finish off a corner installation.
The delivery was fast, 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The unit arrived on an 8 foot pallet very well protected.
We are impressed with the quality of construction and materials for all three countertops, sinks, and vanity.

Complete bathroom remodel
I am very pleased with the quality of the counter too and sinks. They were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy because you have an app. And video showing exactly what to do. I haven’t mounted it to the cabinet yet as this is a complete bathroom remodel and contractors are still working or I would send pictures. It’s going to be beautiful.

Not good quality, cheap quartz
Not as good quality as I expected. The stone is not 1.5 thickness. It only the edger. It is not one piece of the stone. Lack of instruction to install the sink and no template to follow to install in the correct location. It ends up ok but probably will change the top in another few years.
I would recommend not getting this top and just one from your local stone store.

Very pleased with purchase of vanity, solid counter top & sink. Took a while to realize the sink fits differently than other sinks in our home. It looks fantastic in our bathroom.The handles are nice took one with us when we went to buy faucets. Quite happy with the selection of faucet quite a good match with handles on c vanity.

Beautiful and Well Made
The vanity is more beautiful in person and is extremely well made. The box and vanity came damaged (FedEx), but the damage will be hidden under the countertop so we did not send it back. We will order more of the same vanities as we continue to renovate more bathrooms.

Only partially polished
Before buying, please know that only one face of this sidesplash is polished (the face opposite the side wall you'll adhere it to). The narrow edge faces, i.e., the top and front when installed, do not come polished.
