Returns

- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Looks beautiful
This tub looks beautiful in our restroom. We did have one small issue with a part during installation but we contacted customer service and they addressed the problem quickly. Works great now. I highly recommend this tub.
