I was redoing my daughter’s bathroom so had the vanity base and needed a top. I looked at Home Depot and Lowe’s and really didn’t like anything. I found Ariel Bath online and although I was nervous, I ordered. The process was easy. There was good communication. No issues with the delivery… and I was not home when they delivered. As you can see from the photo it looks beautiful and high-end for my coastal bathroom. Just beautiful! I highly recommend Ariel Bath!!!

I purchased a side splash thru a home improvement company and the wrong side splash was ordered. Kurt called me to confirm that I wanted the side splash that matched my vanity top. As Kurt and I talked I also asked if was possible to get another drawer with the notch for the plumbing. He looked into the availability and got back to me the next day and had it shipped. Kurt's outstanding customer service made what could have been a very disappointing experience into a great experience. Thanks Kurt!

We ordered a vanity from Ariel through Home Depot. The vanity arrived as described and we are very happy with the quality of the piece. The only problem was that we had been assured that we would be able to replace the featured hardware with nickel to match our existing bathroom fixtures. Apparently Home Depot had failed to convey that detail. We reached out to Ariel and they corrected the problem immediately. They didn’t even make us pay for the additional shipping. We were originally pleased with our purchase, and now we are astounded by Ariel’s customer service as well. We will be looking for opportunities to buy from them again.

My vanity is very good quality and just what we wanted. I ordered a filler and some side splashes but I found out later I did not need them. Customer service was great handling the return.

I have ordered 2 vanities with brush nickel pulls for my remodeled bathroom. However when I tries to order other bathroom hardwares brush nickel is not available for some hardware. Luckily the lady received my call agreed to send me new sets of hardware in polished chrome. This helped a lot!
