Very pleased with Ariel bath! Had a minor hiccup with one of the sinks arriving broken; however I contacted the manufacturer and they rectified the issue immediately with a replacement sink arriving in the next couple of days. Will definitely purchase again with them. Satisfied customer!

My experience with Ariel Bath (customer service rep: Mega) genuinely surprised me in the best way. I reached out asking if they had a color pen to fix a small nick I made while carrying the cabinet to the bathroom. Without hesitation, they sent me the repair stick. No hoops, no delays — just great service. That small $10 item wasn’t a cost; it was an investment in customer care. And it worked. My next bathroom will be Ariel. The cabinet quality is excellent, and now I know the service behind it is just as strong.

Purchased a 72” vanity, it was fast shipping, good quality, solid wood, with nice finishes. Had one issue (removed tip outs to accommodate larger sinks and needed different screws for handles). Customer service was amazing, shipped them out immediately! It is so nice to find an online company with customer service as a high company priority! Will definitely shop here again!

I purchased the 60 inch Hepburn bathroom vanity with Carrera quartz top. It's a beautiful, heavy, well made piece that will be the star of my bathroom remodel. Ariel kindly sent me brushed nickel hardware to match my other fixtures. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

We pulled them out of the box to do a quick inspection with the few minutes we had. I was so happy with the quality of these cabinets, as well as the small matching cabinet. It is hard to find quality anything these days and you have to really do your homework before hand. Thank you, Ariel Bath for caring about product quality and customer service was fantastic as well.

Customer support was exceptional. Had an issue with one set of drawer glides on our bath vanity, and the customer service rep, Aiah, was very quick in responding to the issue and so helpful in getting the problem corrected. Very happy we chose Ariel products for our home.

Tony Agbuis in Customer Support did a great job coordinating our order !!! Unfortunately the first 2 shipments of our bathroom vanity were damaged and rejected. Tony kept working to send replacements. Third time was a charm and we received our vanity in good condition. Thank you for a job well done Tony.

Great product and great customer care.

The vanity I ordered from Ariel Bath (the Ariel Cambridge) is lovely. The delivery service was terrible. I was initially advised to inspect the product before accepting it but in reality was not given any opportunity to do so. I was then told I was only supposed to sign off on the fact that the BOX—not the product—was ok. The box was brought to the front door of the bldg and I wasn’t permitted to open it. In addition, it arrived an hour earlier than the time frame I was given. Sadly I would not order from Ariel Bath again.

Ariel bath customer service is wonderful. So surprising to find these days. I talked to a real live person, and then they followed up with timely emails to resolve my problems. And BTW, the problems were caused by me, not by them. First, I lost a drawer when I removed it to take it to the flooring store. My fault. Then, a month later, I couldn't find the sink mounting clips. Also my fault. They were very considerate. Their product is nice, and if you have any problems, they will kindly help you out.

I ordered 2 sinks and 2 countertops. Our hired carpenter opened the boxes, there was no hardware in there that was listed on the packing slips. I called Ariel, the lady was nice, she said they would let us know when the parts shipped. I asked for it to be overnighted to not slow the progress of our remodel, she said everything would come from California. I got an email that they couldn't find a carrier that could get it to our area overnight! I said this wasn't true, we had owned a business and I did logistics everyday! I believe they didn't want to pay the cost of overnighting it. Our carpenter went out and bought the hardware, the hardware from Ariel showed up 2 days later. This is not considered good customer service, they messed up and wouldn't eat the cost to get the parts to us when needed.

This vanity, and the matching medicine cabinet, are absolutely amazing! The quality is very high and not like what you get in those DIY stores. I would definitely recommend this! We had one small issue with the front handles as they were in the sink in the package and some of the paint was scratched and customer service took care of it right away! If you like how it looks, don't hesitate!

I received my gorgeous midnight blue vanity, and it had a very tiny nick on one of the doors. I am unsure when that happened since I was not there when it was installed. I just needed some touchup paint. I spoke with the company and they got right back to me and I received the perfect paint. It’s a high-quality cabinet with beautiful marble. I wish every company could be this professional and quick to respond.
