I ordered two ARIEL Hepburn 48 inch vanities and one 42 inch one. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. Soft door close, dovetail joints and solid quality throughout. The thick quartz tops put it all together in a vanity that is an excellent value.

Ariel customer service was very responsive when I requested a change in hardware color and kindly sent replacement handles at no additional charge!

Ariel Bath has fantastic customer service. From my first call where I had specification questions to my last email about the delivery, every interaction was outstanding. On my first call, I asked about specific vanities because the description (solid oak or solid oak with a veneer on top) was slightly different on the vanity I wanted to purchase. The person I spoke with at Ariel Bath spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing various models and specifications. I told her she was one of the best customer service people I've ever spoken with in terms of a product. I wanted to call her supervisor and tell them this. She said it was OK and I didn't need to. Then I dealt with Cassie by email several times regarding when I would receive the vanity. The vanity was a new one and the website said it wouldn't arrive until the end of June. However, Cassie did some digging and told me it would arrive much sooner. She said she would reach back out when she had specific dates. She emailed me the following week. I probably had about 10 emails or calls with Ariel Bath. They are outstanding! I've been purchasing other items for my bathroom remodel and have not had the same experience with these vendors at all. The vanity arrived on time and I cannot wait to see it out of the box. This company is top notch!

Two vanities, “Hepburn 60 inch single sink, quartz top” arrived perfect, very well made. 2 backsplash, arrived quickly. Edit: also ordered 2- side splashes, only needed one, returns and customer service are outstanding.

A different top was delivered with the vanity but the issue was remedied with professional customer service.

I spent a lot of time looking at vanities in brick and mortar stores and online. I was shocked at the prices for the quality that I saw.. Then I found Ariel online. The specifications for the build were just as good as anything else I saw and at a substantially better price, sometimes 50% of what others were charging. I had some questions and emailed them in. I received prompt answers from Justine. So I decided to take the leap. Once ordered the vanity took about a week to arrive. The delivery company they use was most helpful in bringing it into the garage. It was packaged incredibly well on its own pallet. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. If the design of these units fit your aesthetic, you couldn't do any better. Solid wood construction with a beautiful finish and good hardware. I wanted to touchup kit, so I emailed Justine and it was on its way in less than 24 hours. Five stars in every way.

I am currently waiting on 2 vanities says it’s been processed but no ship date since may 6 still waiting and every time I look to see track shipment it says can’t find has anyone else experienced this if so was it resolved ? Am I overreacting to a possible delay? Help needed

I’ve been very pleased with both of my experiences with Ariel Bath. The first vanity I bought is absolutely gorgeous, real wood, and well crafted. During my second purchase at Ariel I interacted with a very helpful and efficient support representative who helped me add a discount that I had missed during checkout. She was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to get the discount added for me. (Ty Jade) I recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Customer service matters, when I needed it they took care of me. Bought a product from a large box store had a small issue and they were eager to hear about it and then make it right. Quality product with a team that cares.

We ordered three vanities for our home. Two white and a green. Can’t wait to get them! Both my daughter and my neighbor recently installed Ariel vanities. They are absolutely gorgeous. My neighbor went with the thicker marble top and it is beautiful. My dauter picked the quartz, which is what we got. It is lighter than the marble. Construction was a big deal to me , and these are solid and heavy. Nice dovetailed drawers. The representatives have been very easy and pleasant to work with. Thanks!!

I ordered two bathroom vanities - on a great sale - two different bathrooms - Ariel team noticed I had ordered two different sink shapes, which was ok, but I could not find round sink online for both... Kurt at Ariel called and texted - I noted I would have preferred two round sinks. Three days later, R&L showed up with two vanities and two oval sinks. GREAT customer service - communication, fast delivery - all in excellent condition. Thanks Ariel!
