I would have given 5 stars except for the horrible stressful time of knowing my vanity was in Tampa at the warehouses sitting there for 8 days, yes 8 DAYS. I have commitments starting on the 18th that would have not made any delivery possible. My vanity was originally scheduled to be delivered September 29(already more of a wait than I wanted). God Bless Cassie with Atlas for helping my situation with getting a white glove delivery for me. With all the problems I’ve had I need to be sure it is all okay. The women I have been talking to daily are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. You have a great village of women working for you. Thanks to Cassie, Carrie, Danielle, Helen, Sherry and token male Vernon. Thanks to you all. Now let’s pray the delivery goes smoothly

We needed a replacement drawer and they support team came through right away. So thankful for the great service!

My 36" vanity with quartz top arrived in Hawaii - perfect condition and on-time! Excellent product - solid and all wood as advertised. Slight problem with the backsplash which had a manufacturing crack on the backside so I took a picture and sent it to customer service. It was late evening back on the mainland but I received an immediate response that a replacement would ship the next day. Sure enough, next morning I had an email with the tracking number and a delivery in 3 days. Outstanding customer support!

My experience was amazing! Ariel held the vanity from shipping for me until we were able to be present for the delivery. The vanity we ordered is very well built and arrived in perfect condition! Very pleased, and will order again from Ariel for sure!

Great vanity and worth the wait (long wait). It may take a month to get it to you, but it’s badass (mine). I complained a lot since I was surprised by the shipping time and realized now that’s just how it goes with this. Good communication. Forget about tracking the shipment. Just trust in the long process.

I am pleased to share this review about Ariel Bath. I've needed to contact Customer Service twice regarding my order (tracking details and parts service) and both interactions could not have been more positive and helpful. I was disappointed one of my items arrived damaged, but believe this is due to the nature of the product and could have been a result of the palletizing of the product. But the timeline to respond and resolve the issue was exceptional. The products I ordered are very high end and beautiful.

Ariel Bath gets A+ for customer service. They are timely and responsive in their communication and definitely keep the customer in mind. I have appreciated my interactions with them. In addition, I purchased a lovely vanity from them. It is sturdy and well made and a great upgrade to my bathroom.

Although our original countertop arrived broken, once we contacted the customer service they were very helpful. We were given a couple of options of countertops to replace the broken one. Once we had chosen the countertop we wanted, our order was submitted. In just over a week we received our new countertop, in perfect condition. We actually were able to change from the original marble top to a quartz top. Very happy with service and speed. Our issue was quickly resolved.

Exceptional customer service! After shopping in multiple places (from local kitchen and bath shops to big box stores and hardware stores) for a solid wood vanity - we were happy to find this amazing blend of quality and value in a single product. Instead of having to buy the vanity, countertop, sink, and drawer pulls separately at a much higher price, we were able to order one item which contained all components - and in the exact style and 42 inch size we were hoping for! It arrived quickly and the vanity itself was wonderful but we were disappointed in the color of the quartz countertop which was beige rather than white. I reached out to customer service and they worked with us very helpfully, carefully offering options until we were happy with the countertop. They even opened the box and photographed the Carrara marble replacement prior to shipping to be sure we would be happy!! We could not be more impressed with this team and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Customer service was great! One sink for my vanity arrived broken and the agent helped me sort out the best approach and get a new sink in the mail. They even expedited it to help us meet our timeline, and also included brushed nickel hardware to replace the brass that shipped with our item. My agent was very responsive in later communication, efficient, and friendly. So far my product seems excellent as well. It seems very well made and uses quality components throughout, and it's a beautiful addition to our bathroom.

Ariel customer support is the best. 72 inch Stafford vanity is stunning, but my wife wanted a different color hardware. Aiah promptly processed my request and I received the replacement handles already. Thanks a million.

Delighted with our 2 new vanities (72"white, and 60" pure white oak) purchased from Home Depot, and directly shipped from the manufacture. Customer Service at Ariel was very responsive. They replied to my questions within 24 hours . They even texted me to confirm my countertop selections before shipping .

I am building a house and ordered 4 vanities from Ariel Bath. They are of excellent quality. They are very substantial and the hinges and slides are of good quality. You can't beat the price with the top included. Even my carpenter liked the Oak Hepburn Vanity and thought the wood was good quality. Since it is a new build I had to coordinate the delivery to when they were needed and it went without a hitch. They held the delivery until we were ready and were careful with the vanities. We had no issues with cracked tops or damaged vanities during delivery. If I ever need another vanity I would buy from them! Their customer service was very responsive and accomodating. I dealt with the same person the with my delivery (Tony you were great!). No issues at all. Which nowadays is hard to find.

Beyond pleased with the quality and workmanship of our new Ariel vanities! Was packaged very well for shipping and arrived very quickly. Highly recommend, and would definitely purchase from them again!

A vanity backsplash arrived was delivered broken. I reached out to Atlas International (Ariel Bath) and they immediately dispatched a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately that too was found to be broken on delivery. Reaching out once again to customer service Carrie was very apologetic and helpfully dispatched a third backsplash which arrived safe and sound. This company's customer service and communication is second to none and I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone.

Ariel bath has good customer service and product they kept the communication going for the item that I needed to be replaced and the replacement was resolved in a timely matter. I would recommend their products that they sell. Waiting on my backsplash replacement

Very helpful customer service. Responded to several emails I sent inquiring about vanities in minutes, not days. I have not yet purchased an Ariel vanity, but reviews I’ve read from people who have, they make a good product that is priced well. Not quite semi-custom, but much higher quality than most pre-fab cabinets sold at big box stores.

I had a great experience ordering two new vanities and quarter countertops from Ariel. They shipped the vanities super quick and everything was received in perfect condition. The new vanities are beautiful and top quality.

We purchased the Ariel Camila 60 inch White Oak Vanity with Carrara White Quartz top. The vanity cabinet and the quartz top with sink was delivered sooner than expected. It was packaged extremely well and there was no visible damage. The installation went very well and we are so pleased with the final outcome. What a difference it made to our bathroom. We did have a clip on the drawer slide that was broken. I contacted Ariel directly to get a replacement. They were so polite and quick to respond. Sent us replacement parts within a few days. Overall experience was great with the initial purchase of the vanity, the installation and the replacement clip. Couldn't be happier
