I was so impressed by Cassie at Customer Service. She was extremely helpful. I needed to change the color for the hardware on a vanity I purchased and she made sure to track the order to ensure it was processed correctly. I'm looking forward to getting them installed soon!

Remodeled my bathroom and chose the floating vanity from Ariel based off a recommendation. It has been installed for 3 months now and it is great. It is solid wood, the drawers are not cheaply made, soft close drawers are really nice. I added a LED underneath. I would order from them again and will recommend to anyone I know.

Ariel bath website has much better prices then the big box stores. Customer service was amazing as my quartz top was cracked on arrival and Ace was very helpful at getting a replacement sent quickly with no hassle. Will definitely buy again

We ordered a vanity from Ariel through Home Depot. The vanity arrived as described and we are very happy with the quality of the piece. The only problem was that we had been assured that we would be able to replace the featured hardware with nickel to match our existing bathroom fixtures. Apparently Home Depot had failed to convey that detail. We reached out to Ariel and they corrected the problem immediately. They didn’t even make us pay for the additional shipping. We were originally pleased with our purchase, and now we are astounded by Ariel’s customer service as well. We will be looking for opportunities to buy from them again.

I bought an Ariel Vanity and very excited to get it in my bathroom . I called them for help with the hardware . Jade was extra helpful and very nice to me . She brightened my day with her help

I have ordered 2 vanities with brush nickel pulls for my remodeled bathroom. However when I tries to order other bathroom hardwares brush nickel is not available for some hardware. Luckily the lady received my call agreed to send me new sets of hardware in polished chrome. This helped a lot!

I love the vanity and when I called needing a side splash, they pointed me right to it. They had my info so I could get the right one. Less than 5 minutes! What a great company.

If you're in need of a new vanity for your bath the choices can be overwhelming. For over 15 years I've installed many and have learned some things that may help in your search. ARIEL BATH products, specifically for me, their vanities have covered what I'm looking for. These vanities are built solid. Quality wood construction you will know the instant you remove it from its protective packaging. A true sign of drawers made to last are how the corners are constructed, and dovetail wins hands down. The drawer's soft close feature uses quality slides, making the closing action something that will last. Having installed vanities often provided by a customer I've seen many different manufactures domestics and imports. What I've come to know is this. A high price doesn't equal high quality and Import doesn't equal lower quality. ARIEL BATH has given us High Quality, Fair Pricing, and equally importantly local distribution & service. When you have questions or need help with options ARIEL will answer. Thank You ARIEL looking forward to many more installations.

We ordered our vanity through the Home Depot website, being able to choose size, counter top material, sink bowl shape and vanity finish color. The included hardware wasn't the finish that we were looking to complete our bathroom with, so when I contacted their customer service department, they were happy to send the correct hardware to my house separately. Everything arrived packaged very carefully on a pallet and the finishes and soft-close doors and drawers are excellent! We've used Ariel products on two separate bathroom remodels and will definitely use them again in the future! These are exceptional products compared to the press-board junk you have to choose from at Home Depot or Lowes, worth every penny!
