Oversized Packages (Vanities & Large Items) 

  • 2-10 business days  (plus 24-48 business hours processing).

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items. 

Want to skip shipping? You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse!

Here’s how:

  • Simply choose “Pick up at warehouse” in Southern California at checkout.

  • Pick-ups are available Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 3 PM (no same-day pickups, please).

  • You can save $100–$150 on orders over $900 with this option!

Tip: Double-check that your vehicle can accommodate your item(s). Products may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging but our skilled team can assist with loading your vehicle.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to the carrier’s website

Inspect Your Package

Carefully check your delivery before signing. If there’s visible damage:

  • Inform the freight carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • You may choose to refuse the package or the damaged portion only.
