- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

It’s great.
To be totally fair, I love it. I would give it five stars, but two of the doors came dinged. Customer service has been great to work with and it looks like they are shipping new ones out soon. I took the brass handles off and added chrome to match the bathroom and my contractor put a cute little skirt around the bottom. The drawers are really nice and big and the cabinet pullout is a great addition. Added a pic—still waiting for the countertop, but you get the idea.

Ariel Bathroom Vanity Purchase
Very pleased with my Ariel cabinet purchase. Item was in-stock and arrived quickly and was well packaged and arrived with no damage. My vanity cabinet was just as described online, well made and fit my space perfectly. Customer service even let me swap the cabinet handles to brushed nickel to match my other hardware. Positive experience and purchase.

Mark's Ariel taylor 72 in. double sink base cabine
the cabinet arrived but the driver wouldn't bring it to the back yard as the entry to our house is narrow with a few turns makes it impossible to take it to the bathroom. So, w asked him (the driver) to take to the backyard with a big gate.
But this wasn't all, two of the doors were scratched and one handel was bent, I took picture of it.
Instead of returning the cabinet, I decided to request a touch-up paint, using wood potty and paint the scratches. They sent a eye drop size touch-up paint which is not enough to cover the scratched since I'm using wood potty, it requires 2-3 coats. when I calle them, the customer service rep asked that I purchase the paint, so now I'm considering returning the cabinet, Not installed yet. The handel is bent but by replacing it, it should work.
I tested the handel with the handel of the previous cabit that I had purchase a few months back and it worked.

Issues and Ariel approach to solve
I purchased a "Ariel taylor 72 in. double sink base cabinet in grey color" when I received the cabinet, I noticed it had some scratches on the doors, also one of the handles was bent during shipment. When I called the customer service, I was pleasantly surprised how they responded to resolve the issues. They offered several options to resolve the issue. I picked the option that served my situation the best (least time consuming to me).
I have to say, when performing any job, issues always araise, how you go about solving them is what makes a difference. I was pleased with the response I received from Ariel.
They were very responsive.
Besides the issue, I really want to express how I feel about the quality of the material used fabricating the cabinet and the workmanship, absolutely "Outstanding". (No use of particle board or engineered wood) only solid wood and Plywood are used to fabricate the cabinet.
