A lot of tension to get a 2 sink vanity in a timely manner. Timing necessary because another retailer did not send item ordered and then said they were out of stock of what I ordered. I scrambled with my designer and she suggested Airel. The timing tension was passed on with Ariel. Got same quality at substantially less and got it delivered in time for our Thanksgiving festivities. They came through at the finish as I explained by dilemma. Thanks as all is good now.

When you order on line you never know what you are going to get. We ordered the Ariel Vanity. When we opened the delivery, everything was secured and packaged well. The cabinet was great quality and in perfect condition, far surpassing my expectations. I going to redo another bath and they will surely get my business. Great product. Thank you.

Oh. My, Hanna was So helpful….. I only wish that I had also bought my cabinet from Ariel. If anyone ever asks me, I would give Ariel six thumbs up if I had that many. And Hanna would get 12 thumbs up!!!!!

I received a nice looking vanity that has a chunk out of the back of it. I tried calling and the number was trying to sell me some promotion and the email had an auto reply that no one monitored the mailbox. The company is Atlas although the vanity brand is Ariel. I have no idea what to do other than have Amex protest the charge.

The vanity I purchased was so beautiful and well made. Quality is top notch!! Sadly, contractors cracked the vanity top while painting. This company had great customer service. They made an exception for me to be able to get a replacement top that they don't normally sell separately and surprisingly they only charged me shipping fees for the replacement. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!! 10/10 recommend.

We ordered a n Ariel Stafford bath vanity from Home Depot. Our contractor did not end up opening the package for over a month. When it was opened, we found that somehow one handle was missing. I reached out to Ariel (Atlas) and Benny immediately worked on getting the needed handle to us. I’m very grateful for the immediate attention that was given. The vanity is absolutely beautiful and well made, but that wouldn’t event matter if the customer service didn’t match. Thank you for making sure our bathroom remodel was perfect .
