Amazing
This tub is amazing, all the jets are located in all the right places. Light is cool feature and even though the heater is only suppose to maintain the heat it actually raised it a few degrees. The only fault I can find is I wish the pillow would quit falling off and it leaves black marks on tub. If someone was to come steal this tub from me I would buy exact same one again, that’s how much I love it. This company really makes a quality product and I’ve told all my friends and family about it.

I highly recommend it!
So far this is an excellent tub! I am really wowed. Everything about it has been even better than I could have imagined. I have to say that Ariel has fantasic customer service, the tub was delivered quickly and without issue. It looks absolutely gorgeous in person, way better than in the listing photos and has worked like a dream so far. I would highly recommend this tub to anyone!

we would buy this one again
My wife likes the bluetooth but I'm old school and like the radio, either way it's nice to be able to listen to music in the bath. I really like being able to adjust the water flow in the six different ways, I definitely make use of that feature. The jets are quiet enough that they don't interfere with the music and that's nice. All in all, we like it. We'd buy another Ariel

Excellent customer service. We were nervous about such a big purchase but they had our backs every step of the way. The tub was installed without any problems and looking even more incredible in our home than it did in photos. All the features work just how they're supposed to, the heated whirlpool is so incredibly relaxing. We are so happy with it.

I now have a beautiful focal point for my bathroom because this is a statement piece to end all statement pieces. It looks so luxurious, we get so many people commenting on how gorgeous it really is. All features are perfect and so luxurious. I truly love it.

I really like it. It looks really elegant and we have guests giving us compliments on its looks pretty often. My four-year-old never fights me on bath time anymore. :) Would buy another Ariel tub if we ever needed to replace ours.

When it was first installed our plumber found that there was a defect in a part but they took care of sending a replacement part immediately, and our plumber was able to have the issue resolved within a week Works like a dream now and we use it often.

so nice, I love it
I love how I can have a nice relaxing bath and then just stand up, use the hand shower and I'm good to go. I admit I'm also guilty of soaking for hours with the bluetooth going haha. It is such a nice bath tub, I just love it.
