Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

First of all, this low rating does not extend to customer service, which I found excellent. The associates I interacted with were responsive and helpful, with good follow-up communication. Secondly, shipping was remarkably fast and easy. Finally, the vanity is nice, especially the quartz top. Overall I would rate it 4 stars. Unfortunately, there is a major design flaw with this product which my contractor only discovered as he tried to install it. THERE IS NO CLEARANCE FOR DRAIN PIPE AND P-TRAP! The only solution we found was to CUT out the backs of two of the three workable drawers to make room for the plumbing, otherwise there is no way to open/close the drawers...So-- although it looks great--there is no real practical storage space in this vanity. Very disappointed. What a waste...

Exactly what I wanted. Same as the photos. Packaged well. Hoping to get it installed soon.
Not a huge fan of the hardware style but that is just my personal option. It would have been nice to have the option to do it without hardware.

We received our vanity today. Normally a custom cabinet "snob" due to irregular dimensions in our home, standard dimension would easily work in out new bathroom. Took the leap and ordered this vanity (without top) after an extensive internet search. The shipping box was noticeably damaged and we had the delivery driver wait as we unpacked the box. So well packed there was no damage in spite of the amount of box damage. The pallet bottom was covered with foam and the cabinet well wrapped and protected resulting in the vanity arriving in perfect condition. Excellent quality and "extras" as described. Hard to believe the quality at this price. Can't wait to install and complete the look with tile matching the shower.
