Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Sink bowl and vanity require DIY adhesive?!?!
Cabinet seems to be well made. Finish is great and looks durable. Love the color. However the Vanity top and sink bowl come as separate pieces. Which means we had to track down one of the 3 recommended adhesives to attach it. The top mounting edge of the sink bowl is also very uneven, so that required an obscene amount of adhesive to attach. I'm now on day 5 of waiting for the adhesive to fully cure (Loctite PL530 takes 2-7 days to cure). and not even sure if this is going to work. For the amount of money this thing costs, i'm really disappointed to have to glue a sink bowl to a vanity top myself. Not impressed.

Awesome Packaging; Quality Product
This is GOOD quality and fully assembled (minus mounting the sink and the reversing the knobs). You are not paying $$ and receiving IKEA quality and assemble when this arrives.
I’m mostly impressed with the packaging!! Ariel is shipping a large product and they packaged everything to ensure no damage in transport. If there’s damage it’s from the freight company.
Also, the customer service is great! I called with spec questions and Jhoanna assisted me on the phone and provided timely emails with the needed information for my contractor.

Fantastic vanity in hard-to-find left offset!
We were very impressed with the whole experience: pre-sales questions were answered quickly, vanities arrived quickly and well-packaged, they look great, hardware is very good, solid wood throughout, just as advertised. Only downside is that they have improved the granite tops which now have included threaded fittings, but the bolts supplied are designed to be epoxied into the top, so they are too short to work. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to replace them. Everything else was as expected or better!

Love the look
I bought this Jan. 15, 2022 through Lowes. It was delivered directly via pallet delivery (I was told by Lowes it was via them) so other than panicking and having to get some muscle to bring it in, it arrived in perfect condition!! Only question is...I though faucet/faucet handles was included in this package. It wasn't, and I'm told I have to purchase that extra. Any suggestions on brand to purchase? Will add pictures once bathroom is complete.
