Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service
The vanity, marble counter top, and sink are very well made. The assembly is quite heavy, due to the construction and quality of material used. I contacted customer service after my purchase to obtain the dimension specifications so I could prepare my rough in plumbing and electrical before the vanity arrived. She was excellent, answered all of my questions, and sent me a document with everything I needed to know. When my order arrived, the vanity was not damaged, but the marble countertop was cracked, and the backsplash had a bad scratch. I took photo's, and emailed customer service. They instantly sent me another countertop and backsplash, which arrived in excellent condition. The shipping company, Roadrunner, was also excellent with the delivery.
