Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Beautiful vanity
I bought this vanity about 6 months ago for a bathroom remodel. The vanity is massive! And absolutely gorgeous. Ariel bath was amazingly easy to work with and continuously followed up with me before and after purchase. They even sent me the hardware I requested instead of what came with the vanity

Finish is lacking
I purchased two Ariel vanities, one painted in midnight blue, the other in white oak. The blue vanity is beautiful. The oak vanity is poorly constructed. The veneer is discolored and looks yellowish in some areas. The rail and stile joints do not meet (see photo). One drawer sags and rubs against the bottom rail. Overall, the finish is lacking for a $2k vanity.

Exactly what we wanted
Very well built, strong corners, good doors and drawers. Cabinets are nicely finished with a deep luster in the paint. This unit came without a top (intentionally) so I can comment of the vanity top. Shipping was excellent with the vanity arriving on a pallet.
