Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This was a terrible experience. I received an email confirmation once my order was placed with contact information to Ariel Bath: orders@arielbath.com and number. The following day I received an email from Atlas with shipping information, indicating that my item had shipped and I would receive a call to schedule the delivery. This email provided contact information to Atlas. A week went by and I did not receive any additional information. I called and received a rude customer service rep who seemed disturbed that I requested a tracking number. She provided a tracking number and when I asked her to repeat the number, she stated she gave me the wrong tracking number the first time??? She then indicated as the 2nd email stated, I would receive a call to schedule delivery. A few days goes by and I hear a truck outside. It was Fed Ex delivery. Did I receive a call? NO! The email had indicated to check the items before signing. The Fed Ex driver stated I did not have to sign and this was not a delivery option for him to wait as I checked for damage. He left. The item was not only damaged, but did not have the hardware to assemble. My plumber had been scheduled weeks in advance. I emailed the company with no response, I called the company and was told I sent it to the wrong email???What? They indicated the hardware would ship. A week later, still no hardware. My plumber needs notice and this is needed installed before I have company for Christmas. I called the company again and was offered $150 discount on a 1,000 item, much less the time and pain this has caused. Stay away from this company!
