Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

I have fallen deeply and truly in love with this vanity. It has to be the coolest most modern and sleek vanity I have ever laid eyes on. I thought it looked nice in the photos, but that was nothing in comparison to what it looked like when we finally got the packing off and fiddled around until we could get a look at the full unit. Obsessed with the shape and placement of the mirror! I mean it! We installed in in our master bedroom bath and I find myself using that one in the middle of the day rather than the main floor bath just so I can look at our gorgeous new vanity. THe marble, omg. It just doesn't get any better than this. I really do love it

First of all, this low rating does not extend to customer service, which I found excellent. The associates I interacted with were responsive and helpful, with good follow-up communication. Secondly, shipping was remarkably fast and easy. Finally, the vanity is nice, especially the quartz top. Overall I would rate it 4 stars. Unfortunately, there is a major design flaw with this product which my contractor only discovered as he tried to install it. THERE IS NO CLEARANCE FOR DRAIN PIPE AND P-TRAP! The only solution we found was to CUT out the backs of two of the three workable drawers to make room for the plumbing, otherwise there is no way to open/close the drawers...So-- although it looks great--there is no real practical storage space in this vanity. Very disappointed. What a waste...

I picked the right one, baby.. uh huh
This is the kind of thing where you get nervous about ordering it online because its a big purchase and its actually a heavy unit to ship and all that stuff but there really wasnt anything to worry about. I was quite impressed with everything about this vanity once it arrived. Delivery went smoothly and the guy was a big help getting it positioned where it need to be, he had some equipment for that. it is very heavy because of the marble but it honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. Easy to get all hooked up and functional within one afternoon day. It's prett awesome, I think I made the right decision.

It is perfect
Well I want to give a shout out to the delivery guys first cause they were incredible, and also Ariel's sturdy packaging, because the vanity arrived without a scrtach due to the combination of those two things. I mean perfect condition, which I was worried about after ordering something this large online which I had never done before. I was able to carefully look over the vanity before they left and even though it looked beautiful I still appreciated that they do that. We installed it later that week and now we love it, couldn't imagine the bathroom without it.
