Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Incorrect vanity top received from Ariel Cabinets.
My order arrived with the wrong countertop. I received white marble and not the cararra quartz I ordered. Our bathroom remodel was stopped and delayed. Ariel customer service ask me to take pictures of the incorrect vanity top box, labels and countertop. I guess they thought I was trying to scam them for a free vanity top. I understand there's lots of scams nowadays but It was a hassle that should been avoided. The days of good customer service and doings things right the first time are gone.

Beautiful piece. One design flaw.
Beautiful piece. Love the color, size, and durability. My only complaint is that the doors are misaligned and cannot be adjusted with the hinges (the hinges are adjustable, but cannot be adjusted to fix this issue). The bottom inside of one door goes in too far. I think there should be a stopper on the bottom middle to prevent this.
