Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Looks great, but build is not the best
I bought two of these. On one, the damper piston holder broke so the top middle drawer slams, and the handles are painted with low quality paint. So they chip very easily. On the other vanity, the marble top is not flush so it wobbles. The recommend fix from Ariel was to put cork board in between. That wasn’t a good solution in my opinion. Outside of these things, great looking vanity.

Shipping went very smoothly. No damage to the vanity nor the quartz top. Items were packaged very well and strapped to a pallet.

In love with our new vanity
We wanted to replace our builder grade vanity that lacked storage and drawers. After going to a big box store and getting quoted over $3k for a small 36" vanity, I wanted to find something that was more affordable but still great quality. I was nervous to buy online having never seen it, but I did plenty of research & am thrilled with my purchase from Ariel. The cabinet arrived quickly, well packaged & in perfect condition. Installation was a breeze- there are a few YouTube videos showing installs which we found super helpful. I also got the matching side splash, which I'd 100% recommend if you are placing it against a wall. Very impressed with the solid wood design, thick quartz, large sink and soft close drawers/ doors. The open back allowed for our plumbing to fit easily underneath the sink as our prior vanity was both shorter and narrower than this one. It has a high-end look, and I couldn't be more pleased with our new vanity.

Soft close twang when closing the drawers
Nice vanity and top,
Problems that I have are:
All of the soft close drawers make a twang noise when closing. sounds cheap and annoying.
The sink clamps came with a jam nut instead of a lock washer as the PDF instructions show.
Other than that, it is a nice, quality vanity.
