Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

You Get What You Pay For
My handyman (a licensed contractor) couldn't believe how much I overpaid for the vanity, so I reviewed what other vanities were selling. When he installed the vanity the next day, I told him the next day that I didn't think he priced vanities lately, that the only way to pay less is to get cheap particle board material instead of the plywood that the Ariel Taylor used. That's when he told me the vanity is well constructed and built with quality that he didn't expect. His conclusion was that I was justified in paying the high price because it wouldn't give me any problems that cheaper particle board vanities develop over the years.
I paid a lot more than what Home Depot offered, but peace of mind is worth the extra cost. The Ariel Taylor vanity is a huge improvement over the original vanity that came with my condo as well. My only complaint was that I had to settle for gray because the Midnight Blue color was not available.

Good product and service!
It’s a solid built product! I saw it at a local hardware store. They were sold out. It was going to take over a month to get it through them. I went directly to Ariel and ordered online. It came in two weeks and was packed well on a solid pallet. Dealings with their customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this product.

Beautiful vanity and great customer service
The vanity is beautiful and high quality. The sink is larger and deeper than I expected (a plus!) and I adore the blue color, as well as the quartz countertop.
One cabinet door was scratched, so I emailed their support and received a response within 24 hours, offering two options (repair kit or new door). Very pleased with the resolution and their great customer service. Would definitely purchase from this company again!
