Haven't received the product yet, but shopping on this site was great! Good photos, lots of information, installation PDF, etc. I like that the vanity tops give a choice of material and combine quartz top with porcelain vanity.

I recently purchased an Ariel hutton 69” double rectangle sinks floating wall bathroom vanity with Carrara white quartz countertop in white. Unfortunately when the shipment arrived the countertop was damaged. I emailed and spoke with Hannah in Customer Service and within a few days a replacement was on its way which arrived today in prime condition. Thanks again Hannah for your quick service.

I received my beautiful Ariel Hepburn 60 inch vanity yesterday afternoon!! The quality is excellent! It’s everything I had hoped it would be! Sturdy construction and I love the quality and the slow close draws and doors! Hannah was a big help assisting me in tracking my vanity after I somehow didn’t receive a confirmation of my order! I would not hesitate to order from Ariel bath again in the future! Thank you Hannah and Ariel Bath!!

This company is awesome. I had a vanity top that was broken and they took care of it asap and are sending me a replacement right now. I wish more companies took care of there customers like this. Thanks so much guys

I purchased not one but two vanities for two-bathroom remodel jobs that I was having done. I wanted to purchase well-built and well-made vanities since this was for my own residence. I found what I wanted online at the Atlas Arien Bath website. The website said that I could also purchase their product from Home Depot. Home Depot did not have the actual product that I wanted for my wife and I to actually see before purchase. However, the manufacture's website had sufficient information and photos along with a guarantee that if I was not satisfied, I could return the vanities. I could have purchased the vanities directly from the manufacturer online or from Home Depot. The Manufacturer, online, was offering an unbelievable discount that I was assured that Home Depot would match. However, I could get an additional 10% off through my Military Discount at Home Depot. The handles that The Home Depot were offering with the vanities were not interchangeable with the assortment of handles that the manufacturer was offering. This is where the manufacturer's customer service person came into play, I was fortunate to be serviced by a person named Ivy Villaflor. She advised me to go with the Home Depot deal and send her the purchased order numbers and she would see to it that I received the handles I needed. I did so. And sure enough, the manufacturer sent me the handles I needed, no extra cost!!! Then when I realized that I would need two extra handles for two adjacent cabinets and asked if I could purchase them from the manufacturer, Ivy sent them to me at no extra cost! I've never dealt with a customer service person who was so helpful! When the vanities arrived at my residence, I was anxious to open the large boxes that they came in. They were shipped directly from Vietnam where I assume they were manufactured. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they were packaged. When I opened the top of the box, I was met with a solid piece of Masonite that covered the whole top. When I removed it, I found my first vanity in perfect condition. I stopped at that point because I wanted my contractor to see this and get his opinion. My contractor is skilled carpenter that has an impeccable reputation in my area. When he opened the box, he said "OH, you bought the good ones!" Needless to say, he was very impressed with the construction and skilled craftsmanship. This made me very happy. The vanities are now installed, and we could not be happier. My wife loves how the drawers and doors have the dampered shut feature. They work perfectly! Needless to say, WE ARE VERY HAPPY CAMPERS! Do not be afraid to purchase this Ariel vanity. If I could, I would rate my experience with this company and product more than 5 stars. Wait a minute. I bought 2 vanities. Arial Bath is a phenominal company. I had accidentally damaged some parts of my absolutely beautiful Cambridge vanity. So I contacted the company to purchase some replacement parts. They were so understanding and are sending me new parts free of charge. I couldnt believe it and am so thankful for their generosity. They bore no responsibility in my breaking of the parts, but they assisted me as a valued customer. I know that this company is the real deal. Too many shady actors out there. I will look to them again when I remodel in the future. Thank you Arial Bath.

Roi and his manager earned the 5 stars for customer service alone here. I had issues with my first vanity top and they worked to get it fixed. My only recommendation is streamlining the process for those who buy their products through lowes. At first o was bounced back and forth and the people at Lowes really do not know how to handle the process of getting a replacement vanity top so it was very time consuming trying to get that done.

Great communications which is important to me. Ariel took the time to understand my concerns and addressed them all. In this day age you can appreciate good solid customer focus and that was what Ariel delivered. Great products and solid customer service.
