Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Great Product, Just Be Aware of of a Few things
Vanity is solid based so if floor under it is missing tiles, sins are covered. Don't assume current vanity is completely tiled... The countertop is not flush with the sides of the base by about a 1/4 to 1/2" so will not be flush against a wall, but a minimal issue. Looks good after install. Note faucet assembly not included. There is a slightly smaller space under countertop and near bowl for faucet installation washers to hold faucets and valves in place Some faucet sets from Home Depot would not work as washer too large and valves would have had gaps on surface, unsightly and leak potential site. Ordered optional side splash and found in cabinet base box (thought it was missing as not separate). Shipping was great, condition of product superb. Product a significant upgrade and worth purchasing and installing!

Great product!
Great quality vanity and sink top! Excellent packaging and shipping. The only negative is the clips and screws for the sink bowl were missing. Definitely not a big deal as the local hardware store had replacements.
