Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Not worth the price, very disappointing.
I was very disappointed with the quality of this vanity for the price point. Mine came with a very large scratch, a blemish on the side and chipped paint. Because of the hassle of returning it, and re-packaging the vanity, I made the mistake of choosing to keep it. I wish I had returned it.
I contacted customer service and only received a $75 discount and a paint repair kit from the shipping company.
Several things to know about this vanity.
It is very tall at 36 inches and the countertop and sink do not come attached.
When you remove the drawers, mark which location they came out of because they will not go back in a different spot. I have one drawer that won’t even close now. Also, the drawers are not finished inside. I purchased a different vanity from Wayfair for less money and the quality is excellent and was all put together.
I would not recommend this vanity nor will I purchase from this company again.

Great Vanity - Terrible shipping
The vanity is great and would love to buy another in the future. The shipping company (road runner) is absolutely terrible to work with. I missed 4 days of work to stay at home and receive this shipment that was scheduled to be delivered each one of those days. After hours on the phone I was finally able to receive the vanity on the fifth delivery.

Ariel Hepburn 60 inch Bathroom Vanity
The product itself is beautiful. However:
1. It arrived with NO Installation Instructions nor any Quartz countertop Care Instructions in the box.
2. As my contractor was installing it over the weekend, we could not reach Ariel Bath for help and spent needless hours trying to make the undermount sink installation work.
3. The brackets to hold up the undermount sink are deficient (too short in length)
I finally was able to reach Ariel Bath on Monday...customer service was good. They did state that Installation Instructions should have been included in the box and emailed them to me.
4. Once we looked at the Installation Instructions, we saw that necessary Washers to install the sink were missing in the Parts.
Conclusion: Product is beautiful; customer service is responsive (but not after 5pm PT nor on weekends); Installation Instructions are missing; Installation Parts are Incomplete and Deficient.

Excellent Quality, excellent service!
My first bathroom vanity install and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the vanity is top notch, the countertop beautiful and actually super easy to install if you have a few other hands around to help move it. I highly recommend the product and shopping with this company. Shipped from CA to NH in under 10 days, great service, 5 stars baby!!
