What Is Your Shipping Policy?
Small Package Shipments
Expect small packages by FedEx Ground or USPS between 1 and 7 business days in perfect weather conditions(not including the 48-36 hours of processing time.) We cannot expedite shipments at this time.
Oversized Shipments
Orders for large/heavy items ship via freight carrier. We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the contiguous United States. The estimated curbside delivery time frame is 2-10 business days in perfect weather conditions(not including the 48-36 hours of processing time.) The freight carrier or trucking company will contact you to set up an appointment date and time before delivery. There is a $150 redelivery fee for any missed appointments. Expedited shipping is not available for oversized items.
Product Pick-up
To use Pick up, add products to your shopping cart and then select “Pick up at warehouse" at checkout. You will save $100-150 on orders over $900 with this shipping method. Please consider the size of your vehicle before choosing this option. As your order may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging.
Package Inspection
Please spot inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment and note the damages on the delivery receipt. If there is concealed damage after accepting the shipment, please email us at customerservice@arielbath.com with your order information and photos of your concern.
Wrong item

Incomplete Delivery
If you need to report a missing item(s), customers with an Ariel Bath account can login and send an email to Customer Service. If you do not have an Ariel Bath account, please contact our Customer Service team directly at: customerservice@arielbath.com or 800-509-5070

What Is Your Return Policy?
For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days. Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee. Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
After your return arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed. For refunds, please allow another 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.
Order Cancellation
Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Notices beyond 48 hours may incur extra fees.
When My Order Is Delivered, Will It Be Brought Inside My Home?
Oversized shipments usually ship by truck on a pallet and are normally delivered curbside delivery only. If a special delivery is needed, please contact our customer service team so they can find out where your shipment is and what options you have.
