Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Still Satisfied!!
I have owned this unit since it came on the market. The tub is very large and the whirlpool works well. The rain shower and handheld are great. Turning the unit on is challenging as you have to get all the way in it to do so. It is not pleasant when the cold water hits you. I overcame that quickly and now I use a light bulb changer with pole to reach in and turn on. Works very well. It is higher than an average tub so a step is necessary for me. The lights are soothing, the doors do not leak. All in all a wonderful unit that provides great comfort. I have no real complaints at all except finding a replacement drain is not as easy as I'd hoped.

My kids love using this steam shower as much as I do, I purchased this Ariel when I saw in the listing that it has those heating limiters that prevent the risk of burns because that was my major concern about replacing our old shower with this one, was the risk of the steam or jets burning my kids. Not a worry here and it's actually very helpful to my son who has asthma, when he is having a tough day we put him in the steam with some of his toys and he plays in the rainfall, by the time he gets out his chest is no longer tight and the wheezing has stopped. That is a wonderful bonus of owning this beautiful Ariel steam shower.

Watch out, your family will bicker over who gets to go first! ;)
I have only one negative thing to say: My four-person family (parents and 2 teens) are always fighting over who gets to use it first! lol. That really is the only thing I can think of that isn't 100 percent wonderful about this shower. It looks even more striking and pretty when you see it in person. Its got this futuristic control panel for all the fun features which is a neat touch. The jet massages are out of this world. And the steam is working wonders with my sons' chronic sinus infections. He has always battled them many times a year, but in the time since we got this steam shower he hasn't had a single one.

Best choice ever
Our master bath has been totally transformed. Choosing a steam shower was something new for us, so we did our due diligence and read lots of reviews and articles before taking the plunge. This pick was on our top 3 list, along with a couple of more "well known" brands that are also quite a bit more expensive than this one was. We ultimately went with this one on the strength of the reviews and boy am I happy we did. We've had nothing but a good experience with this unit and I've come across some ugly reviews for those other brands in recent months, so I am feeling like we dodged a bullet with this purchase. It is really an awesome shower.
