Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Hepburn Vanity
The vanity itself is nice, the countertop near the sink has scuff marks that won’t come off. Not completely dissatisfied but also not overly happy.
I also find it bizarre that when ordering a 72 inch, they don’t offer white glove delivery option. I’m a single woman who had this vanity delivered and couldn’t get it up to my second floor condo for almost two weeks. It sat in the garage until I was able to pay to get someone to help me.

Be wary of packaging and check for mold.
I ordered 2 of these 73" Hepburn vanities. One arrived with no cardboard or packaging around one corner of the vanity top. No major damage, which was ok. The other vanity had mold on the bottom. Upon removing from the box, the particle board piece in the bottom was covered in mold. Not what I want to be brining into the house.
