Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Very nicely built and we'll packaged for shipping. I swapped out the drawer pulls and used brushed nickel for the pulls and faucets. Installed recessed medicine cabinets during the process. A couple of things to note if corner mounting it, the sinks are justified to the ends, but not too far. Also I found the delta faucet I used the drain stopper pull is real tight to the back splash, I reworked the the drain pull so it sits higher so it's easier to access. So something to consider when selecting a faucet set. It's nice and tall.

Coloring defect
I bought this in 72” 2 sink back in late January. We are about to install it and I noticed that there is a color issue. I thought it was dust but looks like the grey coloring accidentally got streaked straight with straight lines. So it looks like it’s dirty and unfortunately you can’t wipe it off. Ugg I don’t know what I’m going to do. Because it will bother the heck out of me. Very disappointed.😢

Terrible customer service
I placed this order over a month ago. I have called multiple times and I keep hearing the team is waiting for an update from their back office shipping department. The vanity was supposed to ship within 10 days. I have no answers about when this item will even ship. My emails are never answered. I am convinced it’s a scam!!!!
