ONLINE ORDER
No, creating an account is not required to make a purchase. However, signing up for an account is highly recommended to enjoy faster checkout, track your order history, and receive exclusive updates on product launches.
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 36-48 business hours if the item is in stock. We’ll notify you when your order ships with a tracking number.

For small parcel deliveries: Expect 1-3 business days for West Coast delivery and up to 7 business days for East Coast delivery.

For large or heavy shipments: The trucking carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Please provide a valid or alternate contact number to avoid delays.
Once your order is with the carrier, we’ll email you a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24-48 business hours.

PAYMENT
Sales tax is only included for orders purchased within California.
We accept all major US credit cards.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Small Package Shipments
Ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS, with delivery typically within 1-7 business days (not including processing time). Expedited shipping is not available for small packages.
Oversized Shipments
Large or heavy items ship via freight carrier with free delivery within the contiguous US. Expect curbside delivery within 2-10 business days (not including processing time). The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. A $150 fee applies for missed delivery appointments.
Product Pick-up
Save $100-$150 on orders over $900 by selecting “Pick up at warehouse” at checkout. Ensure your vehicle can accommodate the size and weight of your order.
Package Inspection
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, refuse the shipment and note it on the delivery receipt. For concealed damage, email us at customerservice@arielbath.com with order details and photos.
Wrong item
If you received the wrong item, contact us at customerservice@arielbath.com or call (800) 827-5950 to confirm your order details.
Incomplete Delivery

Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and rural areas.
We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Items must be uninstalled, in perfect condition, and in original packaging. Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee. Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
After your return arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed. For refunds, please allow another 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.

Oversized items are typically delivered curbside. If you need special delivery, contact us at 888-610-6612. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests.
VANITY PRODUCT
Solid Wood: Made from real pieces of natural wood, offering superior strength, durability, and unique wood grain character. Solid wood vanities are sturdy, long-lasting, and ideal for adding a timeless, high-end look to your bathroom.
Plywood: Layers of wood bonded together for strength, good load-bearing capacity, and resistant to warping.
MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard): Smooth, paintable, and ideal for intricate details in furniture and cabinetry.
Some vanities come pre-assembled; others require assembly. Instructions are included for easy setup.
We currently do not offer customization for our vanities.
To care for and clean the vanity base cabinet, use a soft damp cloth to wipe off dirt and dust; follow with a dry cloth. Avoid any harsh cleaners, waxes, abrasive materials that will scratch or stick to the surface, as well as excessive moisture. Wipe off any spills or drips immediately to maintain the finish.
The maintenance on your quartz product is very simple. It does not need to be sealed ever and can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid using any harsh chemical cleaners on the countertop as well as sponges or brushes that are abrasive and could scratch the surface.
Avoid direct contact with heat, this includes hair styling tools that are hot and exposed directly to the quartz.
To maintain the beauty of your counter-top, avoid excessive weight or force on the counter-top paying special attention to edges and seam locations. Although it is a tough surface, it is not indestructible to cracks, chips or pitting.
The marble stone vanity top is polished smooth and has an initial protective sealant applied. It is important to reseal your marble within the first year of purchase. Before applying the sealer, all areas need to be clean and dry. A high quality stone sealer will be available at your local hardware store. Follow manufacturer instructions on how to seal your marble properly.
Routine maintenance is recommended using water and soap to clean the marble top. As needed, use a stone spray cleaner or polish. Follow instructions found on the bottle or container. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners that contain bleach or vinegar on the marble surface. Do not use abrasive sponges or rough cleaning pads on the marble surface.
Liquid spills should be wiped up promptly to prevent staining. Some liquids with high acidic contents can etch the marble surface if left for any length of time. Common products that need to be wiped away promptly include: Rubbing Alcohol, Nail Polish Remover, Shaving Cream, Toothpaste, Perfume/ Cologne, Hair Color, Shampoo, Drain Cleaner, etc.
Marble is a fragile stone, do not stand on it or place excessive weight on the top. To prevent scratching, place protective pads on the bottom of heavy objects, pottery or any other object that could scratch the surface.
GENERAL
Ariel Bath products are covered by a limited warranty for the original owner and residential use only. Vanities and storage cabinets include a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, while bathtubs offer coverage ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the component (structure, electrical, mechanical, and finish).
The warranty applies when products are properly installed and used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Labor, installation, and removal costs are not included. Full warranty details are available on each product’s specifications page.
We do not provide installation services directly, but we can offer guidance and recommendations for qualified professionals in your area for your installation.

Commercial construction projects, as well as many residential construction projects, normally require specified products to be certified. Most of our Ariel sinks, faucets and bathtubs are UPC/cUPC certified, facilitating their use in all types of projects.
