This company is exceptionally professional in its dealings and is absolutely customer satisfaction oriented. I recently made a purchase from them, the goods arrived on time, however, we opened the package 4 days later and found one item missing. I was unsure if I wanted to keep the goods or return it. The company policy is to accept returns but the cost of return is to be borne by the customer. Since the package was heavy the shipping cost was high. This company actually offered to bear 50% of the return cost and also offered a huge refund and mail the missing part if I decided to keep the item. They had earlier also offered to mail the missing part, but to give a discount on the item to in terms of refunding almost 38% of the paid amount was icing on the cake. This business is genuine and certainly have the best industry practices. I don't know if I am allowed to mention the name of the company representative who worked with me, so not writing it here. I will buy from them again and urge others too to buy from Ariel Bath. The choices are great and service is even greater. Thank you Ariel Bath.

We have ordered three vanities with tops from Ariel and have been very happy with the quality. We love that it has real wood boxes with the dovetails and a plywood box. The most recent one we ordered came with a top and backsplash that didn’t match and the customer service in sorting it out has been really fantastic and a new top is in the mail --free of charge with no need to return the other. We are so grateful for the personal help and fast resolution to the mistake.

Beautiful vanity, came with zero defects. We went with brushed nickel faucets and a call to Ariel got us matching brushed nickel handles shipped at no additional cost! Very satisfied.

Original delivery was missing a countertop. After contacting Home Depot they referred me to Ariel bath. They are replacing my missing countertop and have followed through with excellent communication. I appreciate their attention to all the details. I purchased the Ariel Cambridge 60 Inch Single Sink Base Cabinet In Midnight Blue through Home Depot and it's even prettier than the photos! I've already gotten so many compliments on the color and style. In my opinion, it was very affordable but looks custom made. I especially love the soft-close cabinets and quartz counter. Our contractor had no problem installing it (I'm not a DIY person) and everything works great. I did order the wrong hardware and their customer service has been fantastic in helping me sort it out. I would definitely recommend Ariel products for the quality and their customer service.

The Ariel vanity top arrived in perfect condition. It was beautiful, but there was a problem, the sink installation hardware was missing. I was able to contact Mia Casas at Ariel with the help of Anh Pamtran, and Home Depot customer support. In 24 hrs the problem was solved, and a new hardware package was on its way. I ordered two ARIEL Hepburn 48 inch vanities and one 42 inch one. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. Soft door close, dovetail joints and solid quality throughout. The thick quartz tops put it all together in a vanity that is an excellent value.
