- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse

Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered the espresso vanity on July 2nd and was super excited because of all the positive reviews. After MANY phone calls and conversations with the staff, including supervisors, we FINALLY received our 2 vanities on September 2nd. Our entire renovation was on hold due to this delay. I completely understand they were switching warehouses, but for it to take 2 months is ridiculous! Their lack of communication is very unprofessional and not sure how they stay in business. They did however offer me a whopping $100 off for my inconvenience. Not much when I spent well over $2000. I will never order from this company again.

Overall a happy purchase
The vanity came and I paid for the directo room of choice service which was well worth it. The vanity top is very durable and great quality. The workmanship is wonderful on the wood cabinets. Although I ordered the chrome ones, they look more stainless. Overall happy with the purchase Pros: Good workmanship, tons of drawers, beautiful top with rectangular sinks Cons: handles are of lesser quality

Spacious for me and my husband
I absolutely love this vanity. Plenty of drawer space and I love the soft close drawers and doors. Hooking up the water line was easy for my husband and father, no issues. The mirror is huge and lets both my husband and I us it without bumping into each other. There is no cons to this vanity, highly recommend.

Outstanding vanity
We love our new vanity; it is just perfect for our bathroom remodel. The construction is impressive - not only sturdy but also good looking. We are so lucky that we could get it without a countertop, so that we could have one custom made in the material we want, to hold the sink we want. AND ... shipping was free! How could you beat that. And it was fast ... even better. AND ... customer service was fast & friendly & helpful. What a blessing. All around a great purchase.

I shopped around online for the ARIEL Cambridge vanity and was amazed at the price and shipping differences. By far, ordering this vanity directly from this company in CA was the best deal for both price and free shipping. I called the company before purchasing to answer a few questions and received pleasant accurate answers with no sales pitch - appreciated. The fast delivery went smoothly and no damages were detected. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was extremely skeptical of purchasing a vanity online. The vanity is extremely well made. Solid wood. I was concerned because of some damage to the box but customer service assured me that there would be no problem if the vanity was damaged when my contractor opened the box. The vanity was in perfect condition. I absolutely love it.

Happy with my first online purchase this big
I had no issues with the vanity and found it to be just as described. Requires little assembly- the marble top and backsplash were shipped separately, but the vanity was already assembled. It looks great. The first purchase of this large of an item online, but wouldn't hesitate to order from again.
