Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Good product and service!
It’s a solid built product! I saw it at a local hardware store. They were sold out. It was going to take over a month to get it through them. I went directly to Ariel and ordered online. It came in two weeks and was packed well on a solid pallet. Dealings with their customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this product.

Very nice vanity
Everything went well from ordering to quick delivery. Vanity arrived with no damage and seems to be very well made. Very pleased so far with our purchase. Just wish there were more choices in the hardware color. We'll be looking to replace the hardware with brushed nickel to match the rest of the fixtures.
