Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase. After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

I love my new vanities
I want to give an honest review. I love the vanity. The craftsmanship absolutely exceeded my expectations. However, shipping the marble countertop across country seemed to be too difficult. I ordered two of these. One arrived with no problem. The second one cracked in the same location after two attempts. The company has been extremely responsive. I’m grateful that they are working to help. It’s just frustrating to not have full use of the restroom for over a month while trying to solve this problem. I would use them again and plan to purchase my countertop locally.

Bought this for our new bathroom renovation and opted for the white on white with gold trim, it’s stunning! Shipping was quick and the vanity was well packaged/protected. Tons of storage. Just beautiful. Will be ordering from Ariel again!
