Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Hard to find size, wrong sized bolts, arrived safe
This was a hard to find size for a 40 year old oak vanity. This dustributor direct price was about $80 cheaper than the same item at Home Depot. Sale price saved another $60 dollars. Shipped by UPS, well packed, no damage. Only problem was the bolts supplied for installation were too short, needed to buy some locally to complete the project. This should gave been addressed by the supplier.

Buy the product somewhere else.
The actual countertops are great but the vendor took 2 months to ship & no one could provide me information when I finally inquired after 3 weeks. The run around was so bad, they actually offered a $100 off and then decided to offer a different countertop even though I had no idea what it looked like. I never write reviews but I highly suggest going somewhere else for the Ariel.

I am unsure at this point of the quality of the product. The first one we received was damaged in several places. A new one was shipped after a week or so, unfortunately it arrived damaged as well. We are in the process now of getting that one replaced.
